Cancellation Policy

I truly value your time and appreciate you choosing me for your hair services. To ensure I can best serve all of my guests, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Appointment times are reserved especially for you, and last-minute cancellations often make it difficult to fill that time. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business. I appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to seeing you in my chair! 

Child Policy

I love seeing your little ones! To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests and maintain a safe salon environment, I kindly ask that children only attend appointments if they are receiving a service.

As a working salon space, there are hot tools, sharp implements, and chemicals present that can pose safety risks. For this reason, I ask that arrangements be made for childcare during your appointment whenever possible.

Pet Policy

As much as I love seeing your furry friends, pets are not permitted inside the studio. This policy is in accordance with building and owner regulations and helps ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

Service Adjustment Policy

Your happiness is important to me! If you have any concerns about your hair, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss an adjustment if needed. Refunds are not offered on services rendered.

Pricing Policy

Service prices may vary depending on hair length, density, time required, and product usage. Final pricing will be discussed during your consultation whenever possible.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit may be required for new guests, color services, extension appointments, or services requiring a significant time commitment. Deposits will be applied toward the final service total.
